Indulge in a guilt-free delight with every scoop of this luscious blackberry smoothie bowl!

Wondering about what to eat when it's uncomfortably hot outside? Well, I asked myself the same question.
So I came up with a very quick and super easy recipe for hot days (or even cold days, if you're hardcore) - a frozen smoothie bowl! When it comes to smoothie bowl recipes it's all in testing out fruit combinations and ratios to find the ones you like most, that are the tastiest and creamiest.
Personally, I like sour fruits, especially blackberries most on warm days and one of my favorite ways to eat them, if not raw, is in a smoothie bowl!
It's super creamy and only has three ingredients in the base. Hope you give it a go!
BLACKBERRY NICECREAM
INGREDIENTS
1 frozen banana
1 cup frozen blackberries
a dash of water (or non-dairy milk)
TOPPINGS
peach
plum
frozen blackberries
frozen blueberries
frozen red currants
puffed amaranth
HOW TO MAKE IT
Add all ingredients (not the toppings) to a high speed blender or food processor and blend until super smooth. Add more liquid if necessary (the less liquid the thicker the consistency).
Add you favorite toppings.
Enjoy!
