My Story
A successful working relationship also always requires an interpersonal basis of trust.
Therefore, here are a few words about me.
I am Sabrina and in 2018 I started to gradually change my diet to wholefood vegan. Little by little, I myself have benefited from the advantages of this diet.
Since there are often half-truths, prejudices and uncertainties in the vegan diet, I decided to acquire scientifically sound expertise by studying vegan nutrition counseling. After successful graduation, I gained an additional qualification in vegan nutrition for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children of all ages, and young families. Through my studies, I realized how complex and time-consuming it can be to deal with a healthy diet.
With my consulting, I help a wide variety of people with their respective needs to find their way through the "nutrition jungle".

Berries & Beans symbolize two important components of a wholesome plant-based diet, namely berries and beans (legumes).
I can no longer imagine my everyday life without them, especially since various possible combinations have opened up unexpected and delicious variations for me.
